Nuts for Weight LossA recent study indicates adding peanuts to breakfast helped women who were on the heavy side to feel fuller and experience fewer cravings for longer periods of time. Most women in the study felt fuller for 8-12 hours after eating breakfast.  Peanuts and peanut butter both seem to help steady our blood sugar levels while boosting our hormones that make us feel satiated.  But don't overdo it, as peanuts in most forms are high in calories, also.
