Can you eat Paleo if you don’t do Crossfit? I hope so because I made these Paleo friendly Grilled Chile Chicken Lettuce Wraps and I have no intentions of ever stepping into a Box. Although I’d happily pick up a box. Preferably a small one filled with jewelry.

 Paleo plan. It seems to be working better to do the shopping on Thursday with my list. I mean…I even have a recipe here for you! With pictures and everything. Although it was a cloudy day and I had to crank out some lights.


This recipe is great because you can use any leftover cooked chicken that you have or maybe a rotisserie chicken and have dinner on the table in 25 minutes or even less. You’ll just need to have a veggie side to go with it. This is super simple and so good. I have to admit that I did top mine with just a little bit of hot sauce (as well as made a few other tweaks). I like my food spicy! I hope you enjoy.
