Get that water in!

I have actually been focusing on my body and improving it for the past six weeks. Actually, it has been much longer than that but something clicked in my brain and I am totally committed to losing these extra 50 pounds (now 31) that I am carrying. 

In addition to diet and exercise I have been focusing on getting my 64 ounces of water in daily. This has made a big difference for me. Did you know that frequently we think we are hungry but in reality we are thirsty? 

I want to encourage everyone to drink more water this year. It sounds easy but it takes commitment and determination.
