Make Every Step Count!

I know everyone has a hectic schedule and many times fitting in exercise just falls of the to-do list. I have a really simple solution. Wear a pedometer. Make weekly goals for yourself and work up to 10,000 steps a day. 10,000 steps a day is approximately 5 miles and the recommended number of daily steps we should take.

My pedometer keeps me on track when I can't fit in a workout and I find that when I am running around I can usually make my 10,000 steps goal!

Try wearing a pedometer, it is an inexpensive easy way to fit exercise into your life. If you wear one now, do you regularly get your 10,000 steps in?
