Mix it Up!
It is important for me to mix up my exercise about every 6 weeks. Actually, everyone should do this so that your muscles are continuously challenged. I started out using EA SPORTS Active More Workouts and successfully lost 20 pounds using this fitness game for the Wii. I highly recommend it.
After about 7 weeks I decided to mix things up and added spinning and a group step aerobics class to my regiment. And I have also added Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred to the mix. I find that the addition of weights to my workouts certainly challenges my muscles and in 20 minutes I am huffing and puffy from this cardio, strength and ab workout.
Try mixing things up with your workouts. I bet your body will thank you for it!
