Now that we're into November, I can start looking forward to Thanksgiving - one of my favorite times of the year! Was skimming through a magazine the other day, and came across some Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving-ish activities that seemed like simple fun. One of my favorites was the pumpkin/gourd decorating. All you need is a pumpkin or gourd and an old magazine. Cut out different parts of the face (eyes, noses, ears, lips...etc) and then glue them to the pumpkins to give them silly faces! The examples that were shown were super cute, and I thought it was a nice alternative to carving with a knife. Haven't tried this one yet, but probably will closer to Thanksgiving - when family comes over they will be greeted by several, silly looking pumpkins! What are some of your favorite Fall and/or Thanksgiving crafts/activities?
