Do You Do This Too?

I find that when I'm reading, I'm always cataloguing the book. For example -  If I'm reading 'The Little Prince' I'm thinking I should make my students read this (I'm a French teacher) or if I'm reading Jane Eyre again I'll be thinking, "My friend (insert name here) needs to read this book! This is what she's doing wrong in her relationship" or if I'm reading short stories by Alice Munro, I'm mentally flagging which story my mum should read. Even when I had to read some short stories by Maxim Gorki for school, I was thinking one of my ex's should read this book seeing he never got the whole-household-chore thing down. At all.

Am I the only fruitcake here who does this or do you do this as well?
