I'm starting to do that, and I'm not too happy about that. It certainly slows me down in the mornings. I like to think I have it under control, but I don't. I tell myself that I need to check my calendar, but then I check the news, and then my email, and then Twitter...and before I know it an hour has passed, I'm in my PJs, and the kids are starving.
What's the solution? Should I keep the phone downstairs?
Do you check your phone first thing in the morning like I do, or do you have more self-control?
