Hypothetical situation: two teenage kids have cell phones. One child is older than the other and mostly autonomous. The younger teen wants desperately to be older. Child #1 comes to the parent and says that Child #2 has received pictures of a suspicious nature from a person of the opposite sex - and the parents and child #1 do not like said picture subject AT ALL. Child #1 wants the adults to take care of it and leave him out of it.
