CSA - Cooking with New Vegetables

Hello!

A few weeks ago we started to get a CSA** box every week.  We LOVE it because the vegetables are so fresh and organic - you can really taste the difference.  The thing is, I have never (or rarely) cooked with things like kohlrabi, garlic scapes, radishes, kale, cabbage, or beets.  I have found a few websites that are good for recipes or storage info, but do you have any great recipes for these veggies?  Any book recommendations?

Thanks!

**Community-supported agriculture (in Canada Community Shared Agriculture) (CSA) is a socio-economic model of agriculture and food distribution.
A CSA consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to a
farm operation so that the farmland becomes the community's farm, with
the growers and consumers providing mutual support and sharing the
risks and benefits of food production. CSA’s focus is usually on a
system of weekly delivery or pick-up of vegetables and fruit in a vegetable box scheme, sometimes dairy products and meat.
