Pre-Wedding Wisdom: And I'm not talking about beauty tips.

I need words of wisdom and/or resources online to go to that provides down-to-earth advice and words of encouragement for a bride-to-be (less than a month away). My sister will soon be married October 3rd and I am the Maid of Honor. I am really excited for my sister but she is very, very stressed. She put a lot of energy, time, money into this wedding and I think she is nervous that it won't all be perfect, or at the very least, that it won't go well.

I really love my sister and want her to enjoy her and her fiance's big day--but I come up empty every time I try to give her advice. Anything anyone can give me that transcends the standard "butterflies are a good thing!" speak would be really appreciated. Thank you!
