On Tuesday I posted about my love of breakfast and shared some of our favorite breakfast meals including our favorite homemade granola recipe, yum! I just love trying new recipes and am constantly on the lookout for new recipes to try. As I'm doing my daily blog crawl and come across a recipe I want to save I bookmark it under the Breakfast tab which is one of the categories under the bigger Recipes tab. This keeps them all in one location ready for me to refer back to whenever I need some breakfast inspiration. Here are some of the recipes I have bookmarked to try. They all look so delicious and healthy which is very important to me.
Since most store bought granola bars are full of unhealthy ingredients I'm constantly looking for bar recipes that I can whip up quickly for the kids instead. I'm looking forward to trying this one for Healthy Granola Bars from Super Healthy Kids.
This is a great way to sneak in some ground flax seed meal in these Whole Grain Buttermilk Pancakes from Happy To Be At Home.
These kid-approved Tropical Tiki Oatmeal Squares from Healthy.Happy.Life look absolutely delicious and can easily be made the night before.
I can't imagine a kid turning their nose up at cookies for breakfast. I can't wait to try these Cranberry-Raisin Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies from Prudence Pennywise.
Crabby did a whole post on the glory of muffins for breakfast just yesterday. I definitely agree and have this recipe for Healthy Muffins from Food Blogga bookmarked.
Stephanie from Keeper of the Home is all about living a healthy lifestyle and she makes her own version of Baked Oatmeal that I'm anxious to try.
Laura from Heavenly Homemakers, one of my favorite healthy food blogs, whips up a batch of these Yummy Apricot Breakfast Bars for her four growing boys.
Now I don't know how healthy this recipe is but let me tell you these Breakfast Burritos from A Chelsea Morning have me drooling all over my keyboard! I love that she makes up such a huge batch ahead of time and just pulls them out of the freezer as need be. Talk about time saving!
This next recipe for Whole Wheat Pancakes from the very funny Fiddledeedee blog has hidden pureed carrots in it. Now this I've got to try because I'll do anything to get those veggies into my kids.
These instructions for How to Make Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal and Oatmeal in a Thermos sound super easy to do and a definite timesaver.
Finally I am always on the lookout for new gluten free recipes to try for my allergic son and these Gluten-Free Pumpkin Waffles from FatFree Vegan Kitchen sound so yummy.
Well as you can see, I've got quite the list of recipes to try and believe me this is barely half of them!
Does any particular recipe above stand out as one you'd like to try soon?
