I might be the only person in the world who doesn't hate AT&T. I have no idea why I haven't experienced the poor customer service or poor service that so many others have - or maybe I have but I've just experienced worse with other providers I've used? Whatever... I don't hate AT&T.
But, there is a nifty new app for the iPhone that let's you tell AT&T about poor service. It's pretty interesting - if you're getting bad 3g coverage or dropping calls - you can tell AT&T where you are and what happened. I'm going to download Mark the spot and check it out the next time I notice a problem.
How about you? Would you use it to report problems on the spot? And do you think AT&T will improve its service because of the people who are using the app to report issues?
