Happy Hopefuls

Who are the Happy Hopefuls?

Well, as my profile states on blogger:

I'm 20-ish and my dh is 30-ish and we are trying to start a family. After almost 4 years of trying we finally got good news the day after mother's day 2010, only to end in a miscarriage in 6/2010. Soon we'll have another healthy little bambino on the way, we just have to give it some time.

Thank you for your constant support, we really do appreciate it!!! For those of you that are new visitors, please leave a comment so that we know that you were here...

Stay tuned for the latest and greatest....

However, I believe that we are so much more than that.

We're a couple that have been through the ups and downs of a relationship and we've made it.  We're a married couple that have been dealing with infertility for almost 4 years and we've made it through all the heartache.  We're two people that love each other and love animals just as much.

I am a girl that loves anything homemade.  I love DIY projects and while I'm willfully admit that I'm not very crafty myself, I appreciate everyone else's creativity.  I'm a huge fan of etsy and can spend hours searching for nothing and finding EVERYTHING I've ever dreamed of!

We love college football, cookouts with friends, spending time with family, AAA baseball, cooking, farmers markets, weddings, board games, running, beer, biking, spending time together and traveling.

Through this blog, I try to portray our journey through infertility, as clearly as I can.  It’s not something that I’m doing alone.  There are millions of women that struggle and while we are on this journey I try to be as transparent as possible to offer as much as I can to my readers and to just have documentation along the way.  After our miscarriage in June 2010, we’ve been struggling to get back on track.  We know that we will, it will just take time.

I try to make it fun, I like to give props to people that deserve it, even when it’s not expected and I love to share what I find on the internet that someone else might love just as much as I have.  I try to make it light and airy.  I do get wordy sometimes, but I’m a woman, what do you want from me?

Anyway, that’s everything in a nutshell.  I hope you visit soon!
