About Me
I am more than just a mom, but with three kids -- one of whom has
autism -- the current playlist has parenting on heavy rotation. I have a darling husband, two degrees in Geography, am a kick-ass writer and editor, and occasionally come up with stories that are not on my personal blog (www.squidalicious.com).Jennyalice and I run the book and blog project Can I Sit With You? (www.canisitwithyou.org), which shares stories of schoolyard tragedy and triumph to help today's students feel less socially bewildered.
I'm also a BlogHer Contributing Editor on parenting children with special needs.
