She has extensive expertise and exposure in a range of industries, and has worked in all states of Australia, and in New Zealand, Malaysia and the USA. She has contributed in a variety of ways, snapshots of which include communicating 'self managed teams' methodology in the data capture centre of the ANZ Bank, installing MOS (management operating systems) with the afternoon shift in an 8km underground coal mine in Mudgee NSW, and establishing resource planning for a convenience store chain in mid west USA.

On a personal level, Denise is an Link Textadventurer by spirit. She has travelled extensively to many parts of the globe, and has experienced much life altering growth as a result. In her view, one cannot be separated from the other.
