I'm an Associate Professor at the University of Bergen where I research blogs, social media and in particular, how people tell stories online. Last year my book "Blogging" came out on Polity Press - it's an introduction to blogging for scholars and students. I've also co-edited an anthology on World of Warcraft, and written many articles about blogging, social media and digital art. 

I've blogged at jill/txt (http://jilltxt.net) since 2000 and my publications are mostly online there.
