I'm a 36-year old professional looking to eventually become a freelance writer and entrepreneur.  My photo is old school - 1990 to be exact!  Ha!  I will have something more recent posted shortly.  But anyway, I also maintain a blog that I invite everyone to visit: http://thetreadmilltribune.blogspot.com/.  It's about living life on your terms, not on someone else's.  I was always a dreamer and I recently woke up to find that I put my dreams aside and was doing just what I didn't want to do - living on everyone's terms and just flowing with the status quo. I have a wonderful husband (we've been together 16 years) and three dogs: Chewie, Simba, and Kiara.  I have no kids and do not plan on having any.  I am in the process of writing my memoir and hope to have it to an agent by the end of the year. I love being active and I have been an avid exerciser for nearly 24 years.  I'm also very careful with my diet by not eating processed foods (well, maybe I'm careful 98% of the time!) and eating lots of whole grains, veggies, fruit & whatever else will make me feel good.  I also love to read just about anything I can get my hands on.

I can't wait to meet other women who share similar interests and who are either already living their dreams and can offer advice or others like me who are working towards their dream.
