Believe it or not, exercise is an important key to maintaining our energy, looking and feeling our best, especially when we're busy!

Over the holidays we’re usually a little more tired and a little more stressed than usual.   And we already have so many extra events we squeezed into an already over-packed schedule.

It’s easy to think that adding exercise to our crazy schedule is just going to make us more busy, more stressed, and more tired. But, on the contrary, exercise actually gives us more energy, and calms us down.
