Remember snack time at school? You got to stop your whole day and sit down and eat a snack?
Well, as an adult, snack time is just as important to keep you going all day long AND help you lose weight.
Yes - eating more frequently throughout the day will help you increase the speed of your metabolism. The faster your metabolism, the faster you burn fat, the more fat you burn, the more weight you lose, the sooner you fit into your 'goal' jeans.
So, just like the kids - I'm suggesting you add snack time back into your daily routine.
When? Have a snack mid-morning to keep you powered through until lunch. Or an even better time for your waistline - mid afternoon. Having a healthy snack mid-afternoon will give you the energy to push through those last few hours at work AND make it to the gym.
