Quick and Easy Meals On A Budget

    In my family, Chili is a favorite. However, who in this busy world has time for it to simmer for hours? I dont! So I came up with this recipe that looks and tast like you spent hours on it...and your the only one that know's the truth:)).

 

                                                       15 Minute Chili On A Budget

                                                       Prep time- 5 minutes

                                                       Cook time 10

                                                      Eat time- Who care's:)

2 lbs of Organic/Grass Fed Ground Beef or Turkey

1 can each of organic;

Pinto Beans

Light and Dark Kidney Beans

Chili Beans

2 cans of Ranch Style Beans

1 large can of diced tomatoes

1 small can of tomato paste

1 small can of tomato sauce

1 small red onion

1/2 small yellow onion

1 small bell pepper

1 tbs of minced garlic

2 Tbs of Worchestershire Sauce

Dash or 2 of hot sauce( let it rip if you dont mind the heat!)

1 tbs of cumin

1 tbs of chili powder

1 tbs red pepper flakes( more if you like it hot!)

1/2 tbs of Paparika

2-3 tbs of Kosher salt

2 tbs of coarse black pepper

 

Start frying your meat with the onions and garlic.

In a seperate large pot add the rest of the ingredients and start the simmering.

When the meat is done add it to the pot and simmer for 10 mintues.

Top with cheese and extra onions.

Tidbit:

To save me time, I have diced onions and bell peppers on hand from previous meals.

I buy already minced garlic.
