Well, this is my first time blogging...so, hi ya.
I'm Adora and I have a passion for fitness and sewing. It's not just my fitness that I care about, either. I love when I train a client and they start to see the results of their hard work. Even better, when their friends and family tell them about it. It's pretty awesome to be THAT person changing people's lives. It's even cooler when those people become passionate about fitness and pushing themselves to the next level; to reaching heights they never thought possible; to becoming someone they may have scoffed at or said, "There's no way I could ever look like that." I love proving them wrong. :) Know what else, I don't even use a gym for the results. The majority of the workouts consist of zero weight lifting, unless, of course, you count your bodyweight. AND, since I hate working out longer than 30 minutes (and that's really pushing your luck), I won't train them longer than that. They are BLOWN away by how little time is actually needed to achieve astronomical results. Ha!
Now, my second passion, I really, truly love sewing. And it's not just little trinket things like purses and pouches. I love making quilts, clothes, and applique'. It's such an awesome hobby; because, really, who can actually workout 4 hours a day?! Not me! That's for sure.
