This fall, 2008 lifestyle/career coach, author, and
motivational speaker Gabrielle Bernstein launched HerFuture.com, a social
networking site that connects women
looking for mentors with women looking to mentor. Herfuture.com provides women
throughout the world the opportunity to get guidance in all areas of their
life, as well as to share what they have learned.

“Many young women don’t
know how to ask for a mentor or where to find one," says Bernstein,
herself a young entrepreneur who started two businesses at the age of 22.
"This site provides a solution for typical inhibitors such as shyness,
fear, or a lack of positive female role models.”

is a free website with trouble-free functionality, catering to women with
varying degrees of computer skills. Users create a profile and immediately have
opportunities to join groups with likeminded women whether they are athletes or
artists. Members share their goals and desires, and are encouraged to reach out
for advice.

The mentors on the site
range from entrepreneurs to stay at home moms.
Gabrielle’s philosophy is that it is equally as important to be a mentor
as it is to have one.

Gabrielle Bernstein - Bio

Bernstein was just one year out of college, when she co-founded the
Women’s Entrepreneurial Network, a non-profit professional organization that
connects female entrepreneurs. WEN started a local mentor program for young
women, WEN Mentors, and is best known for its signature Gift of Service
Exchange events. That same year, Gabrielle incorporated her own boutique public
relations company, SparkPlug Communications. Clients included local and
international brands that ranged from Urban Rebounding to Gallo Wines and
Rockstar Energy Drink.

Since 2004 Bernstein, who has a degree in theater from Syracuse
University, has been on the speaking circuit. Her lecture, Falling in Love with Your Future is regularly presented at the
Learning Annex, Femalethink, The Give and Take Network, New York University,
Fashion Institute of Technology, and Baruch College, Georgetown University and
other venues. She also shares her message through her regular guest spot on
Sirius Satellite Radio’s LIME station 114.

In 2007, she launched the
brand Falling in Love with Your Future: A
Young Woman’s Guide to Passion and Happiness, which takes the form of books,
life coaching, lectures and more. An integral part of the program is the
emphasis on guidance and mentors.
