Hey, Toronto BlogHers! How About A Pre-BlogHer Meetup?

Do you live in Toronto? Do you live near Toronto? Are you going to BlogHer this year? Are you not going to BlogHer but wish that you were? Do you have no idea what I'm talking about but sense that it involves a party and you are so totally up for that?

We're planning an official Pre-BlogHer '10 meet-up for Toronto, and it's for anyone and everyone and whomever. If you are attending the conference for the billionth time, come to tell everybody how awesome it's going to be; if you're attending for the first time, come and meet people and ask questions and maybe soothe some of those 'first time' anxieties; if you aren't attending but wish you were, come and live vicariously through those who are and maybe drop a casual hint or two about how you're going to Johnny Depp's private island that weekend, which is totally why you can't go, *sigh*. It's a super casual drop-in kind of get-together thingy during which we can talk all things BlogHer and some things not BlogHer and whatever the heck we want.

We (Katie/@motherbumper) and I will host the party the weekend of July 24th in Toronto, but we'd love to know what kind of get-together you'd like to attend: do we go for the family-friendly afternoon in a park or farmer's market (like last year)? Or do we plan on some "grown up" time in a pub or on a patio? We'll do it that Saturday afternoon, rain or shine.
