As I watched it I realized it's been more than ten years since I read The Hobbit and I don't really remember the whole story. Luckily with the release date not until December 14, 2012 I have plenty of time to re-read and refresh my memory. Though now that I've seen the trailer I don't want to have to wait a year to see the rest.

sassymonkey Tradition is good! I just wish it was this December! On the brightside I think I know what my oldest son is reading over the holidays :)
As a HUGE LOTR and Hobbit fan, I'm freaking out over this trailer!
momspark It's a good trailer. They had a lot of characters to introduce (there are a lot of dwarves...) and they did it! Though, was it just me or did it look like there was a little something something between Gandalf and Galadriel?
