One of my favorite things about spending time in Vermont is the easy access to delicious cheese! I came across ricotta cheese from Maplebrook Farm, and luckily it is available at Whole Foods stores. Now I can have it during the rest of the year as well! After tasting Maplebrook's ricotta I felt like I had been scammed into thinking that dry crumbly stuff from most grocery stores was real ricotta cheese. With that, I decided to try out a ricotta recipe.
