And I’m going to share a very personal story. A story that is hard to tell and maybe for some hard to hear. I’ve mentioned that Jason’s disability hearing was coming up on Tuesday, now I’m going to tell you why we were even there.

Jason started getting sick in his early thirties, maybe 33 or so. It was a slow progression of him feeling awful to feeling like death was upon him. And it’s been a long, long road to diagnosis. Jason’s diseases don’t always show up on a xray or CT scan but they are there (and there are some things that do show up). His two major diseases are  chronic prostatitis and interstitial cystitis (IC). But I’m jumping ahead.
