How do I insert a picture

I can't find out how to place a picture in my posts.  HELP

Here's a link to explain how to post photos in your blog posts: http://www.blogher.com/how-do-i-post-images

Try it and if the image doesn't show up, just leave the broken image in the post and send me a link to it (either here in the comments, or in Chatter, or email me - denise@blogher.com) I can look at the broken code and tell you what went wrong.
