How to Have Resolution From Trauma

Having explored the Psoas muscle for 30 years (it is part of the fight/flight/freeze response) as well as having lived through childhood trauma personally,  I want to discuss the difference between release and resolution.  It is possible to have a cathartic response that makes one feel better for a short time but then the whole dynamic comes back.  Resolution verses release is complete - just as assimilation is different than digestion.  In other words the way to differentiate what is simply a release and often leads to "re-inactment" verses a sense of resolution is that resolution is subtle, simple and offers a sense of completion.
