How to Make the Perfect Olive Tapenade

  • 2 cups Fresh, good quality, oil packed Queen Green olives, or Kalamata Olives
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves

Chop olives in food processor finely. Add olive oil and garlic. Continue to process until smooth. Add lemon juice. Be sure to taste first, you may not need to add any more salt, because olives are salty as they are. Serve alongside toasted crostini, or as a condiment on sandwiches
