Anyone who has ever gone on a personal weight loss journey has probably come across this question: How much weight is too much? What should my target weight be?
For me I thought I knew the answer: 135 pounds. Simple. Except as I draw nearer and nearer to my goal I am starting to wonder, is that the right target? I mean, it’s not like I’m 22 anymore. I’m 34. I picked that weight because it’s what I weighed when Mr. Zin and I met and I remember how good I felt about my body at the point in time.
