6.30 am wake up, weigh myself. 200 grams less then the day before, pat myself on back
6.35 am shower
7.am breakfast (apple an a cup of tea) while surfing on the internet
9 am decide its time to do something. Check fridge and cup boards for what food we are missing. Pack bag for shopping and a trip to the swimming pool.
9.30 am arrive at pool. Do 12 laps and try to avoid eye contact with that odd creepy guy
10.15 am leave pool, head to the store.
10.30 am do your shopping. Use all willpower necessary to not buy chocolate.
11.00 am arrive home - starving- decide you are allowed to have a little bit of nutella on your sandwich. Opps a little became a lot.. Eat while reading blogs
11.30am husband is home from work. Continue to surf the internet. Try to fix your profile on blogher. Read newspapers.
12.30 pm show husband the picture you took in the store. Tell him the story how you took it. Upload photo to computer and write a blog entry about it. Continue surfing the internet - read more blogs
3.30 pm feeling cold. Take a hot shower
4.00 pm lay down for a short nap with husband.
5.00 pm look at the pile of clean laundry on sofa, decide to fold it soon. Move clothes enough so you can sit down and watch the news. Then continue watching shows you don't really car about.
6.30 pm put dinner in microwave.
6.32 pm eat dinner.
7.00 pm surf internet some more. Decide to fold the laundry before you go to bed.
7.30 pm watch some tv
8.30 pm just check one more thing on the internet... chat with friends and family on msn.
10.30 pm husband wants to go to bed, feeling tired so you join him. Wonder how you got so busy today that you had no time to do any cleaning.
