How Old is Your Blog?

I actually started blogging several years ago...maybe 4 but revamped my blog about a year or so ago. I dont have any intentions of stopping any time soon! Congrats to those who have hung in for 5,6,or so years! That is awesome!

My name is Lis, and no, I am not Pocahontas, nor can I shape-shift like Jacob Black. I am a voice for the American Indian Society. I'm here to make you beautiful people empathize, laugh, and think.
I am the editor of "Ask A Native", a new edition to my blog. You ask questions about the culture, a myth/legend, or just general curiosity about Natives, and I answer those questions. I also rant and discuss major topics, and issues, both related and non-related, of the Indian world.

My blog is 3 months old this month and I am very happy. I had my failures before, but for the first time, I feel much more confident and happy with what I'm doing. Thanks to so many of you that are so welcoming and supportive. Congrats on your blogoversary!

Mine is turning five in March. I want to have some kind of party to celebrate...maybe something involving a t-shirt or canvas bag giveaway to loyal readers. Mine is a hyperlocal blog, so most readers could conceivably come to this if they wanted to.

And I don't plan on stopping it anytime soon. In fact, I'm doing NaBloPoMo this month. So far, so good: 20 posts in 20 days.

I, on the other hand will turn 51 on August 10th. (Also not planning on stopping anytime soon.)
