Tuesday Tutorial {repurposed birdcage ribbon dispenser}
Remember my 'inspiring' birdcage? It has re-inspired me to create a newer purpose for it. First I went to Michael's and bought some 3 foot dowels, 5 for .59 cents each, and then I cut them in half. I could have used a circular saw but that is scary, so I used some pruning shears instead. Why not? They worked great.
