Fitness Friday 1: It Has A Great Beat and You Can Dance to It

It’s Fitness Friday, everyone! What an amazing and wonderful week it’s been in my little fit bubble. Between work and fitness I’ve had no time to blog or read blogs or really do anything but eat, breathe, and be fit.
How I Moved
I’ve been following Kristy’s plan to a T. No skipping, no stopping, no slacking. I’ve increased the weight from the first week on most of the exercises and increased from three sets to four per round. My muscles are slightly sore. You know, just enough to tell you that you’ve been working your rear off but not so much that you think you need to call in sick to work to soak in the bath. Although I did soak in the bath tonight. A little epsom salt is good for ya.
