Hungarian Boolash Goulash

Why not have Hungarian Boolash Goulash this Halloween?  It tastes just as delicious as the original but there is more fun involved.  The first time I made goulash was when I was a young girl and it came from my moms Betty Crocker cookbook.  In fact, it is so easy to make that I have been doing it by heart for years.  It varies depending on the company I am serving.  This one is also a bit different because of the ‘meatless ground’ soy and wheat protein that adds wonderful texture to the dish.  Send the kids out this Halloween with a full tummy of a warm macaroni dish that they will love.
