I can't believe it's not butter... A new meaning

A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I arrived back in Denmark to his house that had been empty for months. Of course we did a big grocery shop and got back into the groove of cooking right away. We both love having eggs for breakfast and most the time I heat a pan with just enough real butter to coat it, add some water and put the lid on to steam the eggs. On this particular morning he manned the stove and a few minutes later presented me with a plate. On it, 2 eggs cooked to perfection.
