I Love New Recipes

I was on Facebook the other night when I saw a plate of food appear on my news feed.  A beautiful chicken breast with a side of stuffing a broccoli.  Of course I "liked" it at once (I always love seeing other people's food creations) and asked for the recipe.  It turns out that the beautiful l chicken breast was in fact Chicken Picatta and as I had never made one myself (odd huh?) I knew that I would be making it soon.

Yesterday's trip to Harris Teeter yielded some very pretty lemons so I figured that it was divine providence that I should make the new recipe at once.  I am not a fanof capers so I left them out.  Much to my husband's displeasure I was to find out, however.  In 12 years of being together, I never knew that he actually liked the salty little things.  Oh well, next time I'll add them just for him.

I only varied from Miss J's original recipe a little and I am extremely happy with the results.
