So I am new to this blogging thing. But what can be hard about it I ask?? You write about your life...and share it with others. So, here is my first entry =) For the cliff notes version on my life, in a few words..married mom to two young boys, wife to a grown boy. I think my life is pretty good, if you consider all the little things that are thrown in to deflect the wonderful journey I am on. My house is no bigger than 1700 sq. ft which is greek to me, since I slept threw those days of class. I have one bathroom between everyone...yay for no privacy! Doens't everyone envy me...(haha).
My days are usually spent alone with my children and my dogs as my hubby works three jobs to keep me home. I am not too distressed over being home full time, but some days, when the kids are screaming at the same time, and the dogs are barking I think you know...wasn't I thinking of going back to work tomorrow?? I can tell you my fav show is Blues clues and if requested I could sing the entire alphabet song from the alphabet episode...since my oldest son (just turned 2) enjoys watching the same episode over and over and over. My youngest son, 8 mos. isn't into sleeping much AT ALL, so we are up most days and nights together...you know, I am surprised I am even moving now ...perhaps it is from the pot of coffee I had for breakfast...oh the joys of motherhood.
Who needs a vacation when you have all the fun and exercise you can stand at home with little ones....and the sorry part of all of this is, when I do get time to myself I am bored...riddle me that one batman! When my dear husband is at home I still spend most of my time with the kids while he watches TV, and spends entirely too much money at home depot. As much as I like that store....I wish I could just call them up one day, and ask them to close the doors when my husband got there...and turn the lights out so he would come home without spending anything....geesh! And he often asks me why I don't spend more money on myself...well, genius, since I pay the bills and see that what we have left should be kept for emergencies instead of racing to the store to buy something that I probably won't even wear...now I see why women are the smarter sex...I am sure there are plenty of men who could probably run their houses and work too, but not on my street in my home. My husband is not a multitasker which is why I think he works and I raise our sons...
