IF SOMEONE FORGETS..........IT IS LIKELY THEY CHOSE TO....

CARELESSNESS, MISTAKES, and EXCUSES……
To me there is a big difference between a mistake and carelessness……Carelessness is simply a person’s way of being sloppy in doing something…..They really aren’t paying attention by choice……Whereas a Mistake is most often a mistake based on faulty judgment with the best intentions…..We are likely all to have done both in life…….There is also the Category called “Excuses….” People tend to make excuses for things they don’t want to do and find reasons to do what they truly want to….I like to call it “Justification…” which to me is a “tricky thing….” For Justification is most often trying to justify a wrong into a right….
Some people simply live a careless life. Not a carefree life….Carefree can be good and something totally different…..but what I am talking about is “careless…” where one simply throws caution to the wind and could care less how things turn out….
Many mistakes can be avoided by simply being clear on what we are doing….doing research…..looking at the best options, etc……Mistakes in some ways can come under the category of carelessness….but true mistakes are where one truly did the best they could in judgment and it still ended up wrong…Many mistakes can be avoided by right information and right choices….as well as taking our time…
Excuses are a “dime a dozen” as the old saying goes…..People will often find any reason in the world to do or not do what they want or don’t want to do. They justify things in some of the most ridiculous ways at times….They simply make excuses for not doing what they don’t want to do. I often say “When someone forgets, they CHOOSE to forget…” and I believe that to be most true in most cases……We tend to remember what is important in our lives and tend to “forget” about what is not important….Ever have someone say “Oh, I am so sorry I forgot….?” Well if they forgot it likely wasn’t a priority…..to them….
The World is filled with Excuses, Mistakes, and Carelessness…..The more aware we are of all 3 the more likely we can avoid all 3…..A successful life makes great decisions consistently and doesn’t use any of the 3 above as a part of their lives……They make No Excuse for living their BEST LIFE…..
