If Text Won't Convey Emotion, Use Voice with Dubbler

I noticed a new app the other day that allows you to send a voice message instead of a text – and you can share it on Facebook or Twitter. I was glad to find a review by Tech Chic Mom that would give you a look at this interesting app for both iOS and Android. She explains,

Wouldn’t you rather send your family and friends audio messages every now and then? At times I don’t have time to send a text, and audio messaging can save some time. Besides, texts can sometimes be miscommunicated.
