I'm well on my way to losing weight - Day 11-13

My weight is now 186.6. It doesn't seem much but I'm glad that I'm making some kind of progress. I've been cooking and weighing my food. I've been picking recipes from caloriecount.about.com and allrecipes.com websites. So far, I made curry chicken and pork tenderloin with mushrooms. I think that I have to invest in a small slow cooker as my slow cooker is too big for the amount of food that I'm cooking.

I indulge on my mini rice crisps and weight watchers double fudge cake. I can't have enough of these as both items satisfy my craving for crunch and sweet. I've been eating a lot of vegetables lately for my sides when I make meat entrees since the calories are a lot smaller compared to potatoes or rice. I would grill my vegetables and throw them in a pan with Knorr Homestyle stock. Wowee - do I ever love this stock! It's less salty and taste great!

I'm enjoying working out 5 days a week for 20 minutes during my lunch hour. It doesn't seem like a lot but at least I'm moving and strengthening my muscles.
