If you are really serious about losing weight and eating healthy, ask a friend to join you. A friend or dieting partner can be very beneficial to your success. Someone you can go to the gym with. Someone you can share a healthy meal with. Someone you can share your dieting ups and downs with.
Another great reason to have a dieting partner is for support. It's often hard to stay motivated on a diet, but having a friend (or friends) that you can turn to when you're struggling can make a big difference. It's not just about you having someone to turn to when you need motivation. It can be just as beneficial to you when you are the one giving the support.

Agree 100%!
I agree 100% with this post. I recently have made a new friend and we work out together almost every night and we keep each other on the straight and narrow. It is really easy to loss motivation when it is just you but when you have someone to support you along the way it can make such a difference.

Strength in Numbers
I absolutely have a workout partner, and I don't think I'd go to the gym half as often if I didn't have my husband (he's a fitness freak and lives a very healthy lifestyle - perfect match for a girl with chronic illness to manage)!
