Interval Training

Can we take a second to talk about how utterly OBSESSED I am with interval training?

(remember I'm still not certified in anything...literally nothing so make sure to talk to your physician/health care provider before doing anything I talk about cos yeah. I don't know how fit you are.)

But anyways. I'm in love with interval training.

That sounds crazy. But I love it.

This is my custom-made-for-me-by-yours-truly work out that I did last night.


Minutes 1 -3 Walk at 4 mph
3:00 - 3:30 - Run at 8.5 mph
3:30 - 4:30 - Walk at 3.5 mph
4:30 - 5:00 - Run at 8.5 mph
5:00 - 6:00 - walk at 3.5 mph

and basically repeat that til 20:00 minutes then

20:00 - 23:00 - 3.0 mph
23:00 - 24:00 - 2.5 mph
24:00 - 25:00 - 2.0 mph

I love it. Because I sweat ouf of the bank of my hands. And that sounds weird but I don't feel like cardio is effective unless I am sweating out of the backs of my hands and feel like I'm going to explode.

It's the best. I feel so accomplished when I finish, even though I work my butt off to get there. 

Do you have any go to cardio that just makes you feel great?
