As some of you may know, my business partner and I conducted a video interview with BlogHer's very own Gina Garrubbo not too long ago in her Manhattan office.  Gina is MyWorkButterfly.com's featured Mom Mentor this month (along with Dina Manzo of The Real Housewives of NJ).  MyWorkButterfly.com is made up of a community of return to work and working moms who gain inspiration and a sense of empowerment from women like Gina.

Truth be told, Gina and I have a mutual friend in common but, somehow upon meeting her I felt as if I had known her for ages.  She is not only smart and savvy, which was evident the moment she opened her mouth, she is warm and engaging and the kind of mom we'd like to hang out with more.

We talked to Gina about work and her home life and learned that even though she is hugely successfully, she is a single mom who like the rest of us, tries to master balancing it all.  If you toy with the notion that moms, single or not, can't do or have it all... think again.

Watch Gina. To know her is to love her! Tell me you agree?

Hi Jory,

Gina had wonderful things to say about you too. We did ask her, in fact, how she does it all.  There are a number of webisodes (4 in total) where she shares her pearls of wisdom. You can watch them in their entirety at MyWorkButterfly.com ( http://www.myworkbutterfly.com ).  We'd love for you to share the videos with the women in the BlogHer community! Thx.

...and not just because Gina works at BlogHer. Even before she came on board, I marveled at how this sales powerhouse and entrepreneur could so easily navigate new professional categories, put 110 percent into her work, and be such an involved mom. I'm just a fly on the wall watching it all. I just saw the video, and she had loads to say about how women are making money from their blogs, but if you ever get a chance you have to ask her how she does it. I still don't know!
