It's the Great Pumpkin Latte, Charlie Brown!

So I rival Linus and his unrequited love for the pumkin. But unlike Linus, I don't wait for The Great Pumpkin to shower me with presents, I open up the can and dig in to the goodness.

Which leads me to one of the best part of fall. Undoubtedly, is the pumpkin goodies.  And as it starts to get reallllllly hot outside, I'm thinking of all the fall goodies. Pumpkin rolls, pumpkin pie, and yes, Pumpkin Lattes. But paying $5 for a  Cup O' Joe can really add up. So we've rolled up our LBP sleeves and brought you a homemade version of a Pumkin Latte. And get this.....WE USE REAL PUMPKIN! 

What you'll need:

1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Nutmeg

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 C Milk base (I used a blend of Almond Milk and Heavy Cream)

1/8 C Canned Pumpkin

Sugar/Sweetener to Taste

6 ounces of Concentrated Coffee or 1 shot of espresso

Whipped Cream

Our first recipe included fall spices directly in the latte, but since I don't like my drink to taste grainy, I came up with a wonderful solution. Empty a tea bag and refill it with the spices of your choice...
