Over the course of Janet’s 25+ years in advertising, her collaborative business style has taken her to more than 30 countries on five continents on behalf of her clients and forged a deep appreciation of how relationships with consumers build brands all over the world.

Joining Omnicom Group, Inc. in 2004 as Executive Vice President, Janet has been responsible for the oversight of many of Omnicom’s most important clients. Janet fosters and facilitates integrated solutions through multi-agency collaboration, intercedes on behalf of both agencies and clients to develop solutions to any ongoing partnership issues and taps into Omnicom’s vast network of specialist agencies to bring ideas unique to their discipline to the clients. Additionally, in 2008, Janet founded and became CEO of G23, a fully-owned Omnicom subsidiary, whose sole focus is on the discovery of insights into the female economy on behalf of its clients.

Janet is very active on the speaking and panelist circuit. She has spoken at the Brand 50 annual meeting, keynoted at The International Alliance of Women global conference and the Economic Club of Toronto, been a panelist at both the Harvard Business School conference and Kellogg Graduate School of Business conference and moderated a panel at the annual conference of the Women’s World Banking Association. This year, Janet was invited to participate in the Fortune “Most Important Women in Business” conference and lectured at Oxford University’s Said Business School. Janet and G23 have been featured in articles in the New York Times, The Toronto Globe and Mail Business Magazine and the Oxford University Said Business School Magazine.

As passionate as Janet is about her role at Omnicom, she is equally as passionate about her philanthropic pursuits. Janet is a member of the Executive Committee on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Funding Network, an organization comprised of 140+ organizations that fund women’s solutions across the globe. She is also a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of its Board Operations Committee of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York.
