Remember seeing these photos for the first time?

Did you say, "whoa..." look at her! I know I did. But, at the time I was playing college basketball and working out three hours a day. I had nothing to worry about.
Come May when school was over, basketball was over and I was faced with a wedding coming up in October, I thought, "Okay, I'd like to look like that again." So, what did I do? Googled Jessica Biel's workout regimen, duh! And here's what I found:
[1 hour sessions x 6 days per week (3 cardio days, 3 muscle building days).]
Begin: 5 minute warm-up (2 times around the track, or .5 mile on the treadmill)
Cardio:
2 x 200 meters (m), 2 x 150m, 2 x 100m OR 30 minute run (treadmill, stairclimber or outside)
Plyometrics:
a. Stairs: 3 ses (of at least 20 step staircase, skip a stair)
b. Jump Squats (on or off balance board)
c. Medicine Ball (bounce against a wall in squant position)
Weights (light weights, LOTS of reps):
a. Chest
b. Back
c. Biceps
d. Triceps
e. Quads
f. Hamstrings
Body Weight:
a. Pull Ups
b. Push Ups
Abs/Back:
a. Leg Raises
b. Russian Twists
c. Body Weight Crunches
[5 minute cool down- treadmill or outside.]
