Jimmy Dean D-lights "Better Breakfast, Better You" Hosted by Bonggamom
Hi, I'm Ana, also known as Bonggamom, and I'll be your host here on BlogHer for the Jimmy Dean D-lights “Better Breakfast, Better You” Program. Join me and 25 other bloggers over the next month as we look back on our health choices over 2010 and see whether we can make better ones for 2011.
I don't know about you, but I have to admit I've made some pretty poor choices for my health and well-being this year. I chose to sit in front of my computer for most of the day instead of getting more exercise. And I chose to eat way too many empty calories instead of nutritious foods that would fill me up. But the wonderful thing about the New Year is that it's the perfect time to make a fresh start and make better choices. To motivate me to get out and run, I've signed up for two races next year and I plan to sign up for at least two more. I know I always get the munchies at 11:00 AM, so I'm going to work on eating a good breakfast, with more protein to keep me satisfied throughout the morning. They're small choices, but I think they're achievable ones, and I'm hoping they'll lead me to a healthier, happier New Year!
