It is on my bucket list to go to New Orleans during Mardi Gras someday. I have been to New Orleans twice and I fall more and more in love with it every time. It is my favorite place in the continental U.S. to eat. If you haven't noticed yet, I love simple, fast and easy. Minimum prep time and ingredients but maximum flavor. This Three Cheese Italian Style Sausage and Penne Frittata is all of the above. What really makes this dish though is the addition of a truly flavorful sausage.
